South Carolina DR units are working out of “command post” sites in

  • Ridgeland (Okatee Baptist Church, relocated from Bluffton’s Crosspoint Indian Hill Baptist Church)
  • Hilton Head Island (First Baptist)
  • Edisto Island (Trinity Episcopal, relocated from Walterboro First)
  • Dillon (First Baptist)
  • Marion (Marion Baptist)
  • Florence (Hoffmeyer Rd. Baptist)
  • Conway (North Conway Baptist)

Chainsaw work is ongoing. Shower/laundry units are serving evacuees still living in shelters. DR Mass feeding for Red Cross shelters has ended. Mudout work is just beginning. Volunteers are still needed in many parts of the state.

Please pray that God will be honored through the response efforts. Pray that the families undergoing hardship due to this disaster will experience the help of Christians that care, and spiritual and emotional healing through the hope of Christ.
