Lee Douglas serves SCBaptist staff as Human Resources Manager. She has served with the South Carolina Baptist Convention since 1982, working as a ministry assistant and team assistant until 2013 before moving into her current role. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of South Carolina.
