Ideas for 2024:

• Personal notes of encouragement (add a gift card?)
• Coffee!!! On a cart, in the workroom, or a coffee truck
• Appreciation Meal: Breakfast – bagels and fruit (some Panera have 1/2 price bagels on Tuesday); themed luncheon – cater or grill burgers and provide sides/dessert
• Volunteers for duty-free lunch
• Ice cream with all the toppings
• Apple Bar – sliced apples with peanut butter, chocolate, caramel, and sprinkles
• Gift bags with favorite goodies
• Mailbox treats – M&Ms for the Marvelous & Magnificent teachers (check out Pinterest for cute tags for favorite treats.)
• Volunteer in classrooms
