Good systems and processes are essential to healthy ministry.  They aren’t always easy or fun to design, but once they are set up they multiply the ministry with speed and effectiveness.  In this breakout, we will learn systems for outreach, following up with visitors, assimilating people into groups and serving, caring for the hurting, developing leaders, and important administrative processes like hiring and empowering staff and more.  Also, I will give you some documents showing Lifepark’s processes so you don’t have to design from scratch.
