Salt Lake City Vision Trip
Next Gen Vision and Strategy trips inspire mission-minded Student Pastors to set eyes on the harvest fields and develop the skills necessary to lead students to make disciples in hard to reach places. Through these trips, we connect with missionaries on the ground, experience the possibilities for future short-term group trips and learn from skilled practitioners to mobilize effectively.
This trip is half Vision trip, half Strategy Development trip. You will connect with NAMB Planters and gain meaningful exposure to short term mission trip opportunities like Plant Camp. (plantcampslc.com) You will tour the LDS Temple grounds and have multiple chances to share the Gospel with Mormons. You will also spend time in training, developing your strategic plan for your student ministry.
The trip will be led by Brett Day, Student Pastor, North Rock Hill Church. (M.Div: SEBTS). Brett has extensive experience leading his students on mission, growing his ministry from 20 to over 100 in 2.5 years. He has experience in Utah as well as leading trips internationally with the IMB.
Cost Includes: Lodging, Transportation, Meals and Training
Participants will purchase their own flight separately (roughly $200-$300)
