Peter and Lydia

Peter and Lydia and their children Luke and Pascal live in the Middle East and work with Shi’a Arabs. Some parts of their country are hostile to Western workers, but people from all over the country come to their city because of its reputation for safety and a stronger job market. Their vision is for this city to be a launching pad for sending people back out into the rest of the country.  They work there in a non-profit organization that seeks to provide educational assistance to the children of these families. 

Prayer Requests 

• Pray for a couple friends of theirs, *A and *S, who are close to becoming believers but are scared of violence from their family.  
• Peter and Lydia thank God for being faithful to raise up “workers for the harvest.” Please pray for them as they navigate the relational and logistical challenges of receiving these new teammates well. 
• Pray for their family as they seek to raise their sons well and connect with other families in the same season of life.
