Matt Freeman serves as the Director of Worship and Music on the Strong Team. His team’s heart is to strengthen corporate worship in South Carolina’s churches and to raise up the next generation of worshipers and worship leaders. He began serving with the Convention in 2016 before joining full-time in 2018. Prior to his time at the Convention, he served churches in various roles including staff pastor, worship leader, and minister of music. He is married to Katie, and they have three children.
