Middle School Worship Choir:
Students grades 6-8
NEW: Middle School will be included through Sunday! Middles school students do NOT need to audition.
Students rehearse on Friday and Saturday. We will also be adding some breakout classes for students on Saturday afternoon. On Sunday morning, each group will help lead worship in a local church service. We will conclude the weekend with a final concert on Sunday afternoon.
Chorus, Orchestra and Worship Band:
Students grades 9-College
New students high school students will need to submit an audition video highlighting their abilities. Once selected, students are invited to attend uWorship Weekend. As an audition only opportunity, this event draws some of the most gifted students who have a desire to grow in their faith and use their abilities for Jesus.
*Students who qualified for the SC All-State Chorus, Band, Orchestra or Region Band in Spring 2024 do not have to audition but MUST register.

Audition Requirements
ALL GROUPS
1. Your video must include the following:
- Your Name
- Your Church
- Tell what part/instrument you are auditioning
- How long you have played your instrument.
Chorus
2. Record a video of you singing your part with the "His Name Is Jesus" split track.
Orchestra
2. Pick three 2-octave scales to demonstrate your range and play your chromatic scale.
3. Record a video of you playing your part with the "His Name Is Jesus" split track.
Worship Band
ALL:Â 2. Record a video of you singing your part with the "His Name Is Jesus" split track.
VOCALS:
3. Sing us your favorite worship song with a track or live accompaniment.
Bass Guitar:
3. Demonstrate your ability to play with a group. It can be a video from church or worship service.
Acoustic Guitar:
3. Demonstrate your ability to play in 3/4, 4/4, 6/8. Show your strumming patterns and finger picking ability.
4. Demonstrate your ability to play with a group. It can be a video from church or worship service.
Electric Guitar:
3. Demonstrate your knowledge of power chords as well as your ability to play lead lines with the song provided, "I Thank God".
4. Demonstrate your ability to play with a group. It can be a video from church or worship service.
Keyboard
3. Demonstrate your ability to play with a group. It can be a video from church or worship service.
Drums:
3. Demonstrate your ability to play different types of beats in 4/4, 3/4, and 6/8.
