As a strategist with the Start Team of SCBaptist, Tom Gore helps each church advance the Great Commission through multiplication. From cooperating to supporting and then to sending, the Start Team seeks to encourage and train churches to glorify God to plant more churches in the fastest growing state in our nation. He has served at SCBaptist since 2014. Prior to his role here, he served the North Carolina Baptist Convention and the Baptist Convention of New England. He holds a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina. He and his wife, Michele, have three children.
