As Director of South Carolina Baptist Disaster Relief, Susan Peugh supports SCBaptist churches as they prepare for and respond to disasters in their local area. She has served the Convention since 2022. Prior to her role here, she served on the Global Mission Team at Johnson Ferry Baptist, Marietta, GA. She also served for 23 years at the North American Mission Board in Alpharetta, GA. Prior to that, served as a campus minister for colleges in Idaho and Washington. She has mobilized students and volunteers for over 30 years through local churches, college campuses, state conventions, and at the national level. Susan is a graduate of Mississippi State University. She also studied at Golden Gate and New Orleans Baptist Seminaries. Susan is married to David.
