Steve Rohrlack serves as the Strong Team Leader. He works with directors and ministry assistants in the areas of age-group ministries, worship, discipleship, special needs, and church administration. Together, they strengthen and equip churches, staff, and volunteer leaders. He served in various roles at the Convention, including the Director of Student Ministries and SummerSalt and Director of the Generations Group. He is a graduate of The Baptist University of Florida and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served churches in Florida, Louisiana, and South Carolina. He and his wife have two children.
