Scott McClellan serves as Regional Specialist in Leadership Development. He facilitates NextStep small groups to help pastors develop leadership skills and RE Cohorts that lead pastors and churches to understand their present reality and develop their vision and mission to lead to a desired future and ministry. He has served the Convention since 2014 in church health and as a Worship Consultant. Scott served churches in South Carolina as a worship pastor. He is married to Carol, and they have two children.
