As Director of Relational Evangelism, Melanie Ratcliffe equips believers through Women’s Ministry, Ministry Wives, Disciple SC, Neighboring, and Catalysts to live on mission—mobilizing leaders and churches to engage their communities and advance the Gospel across South Carolina. Employed with the South Carolina Baptist Convention since 2010, she previously served as an Evangelism Strategist and with Heart4Schools, equipping churches to build relationships and share the Gospel in their communities. She and her husband served with the International Mission Board as missionaries to Russia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies from North Greenville University and a Master of Ministry from Anderson University. She is married to Jody, and they have three children.
