Karen Bray serves the SCBaptist staff as Benefits Manager. She started with the Convention in 2005 in the Church Administration and Buildings department. She also served with Church Revitalization and GuideStone departments until beginning her current role in 2014. Prior to her work at SCBaptist, she served in ministry roles including church and association secretary and clerk, children and youth Sunday School teacher, youth director, children’s worship director, Mission Friends leader, GA leader and director, and Acteens leader. Karen has two children.
