As Ministry Assistant to the Start Team, Faith Butler provides administrative support through event organization, communication, and data tracking. This work aides in allowing the Start Team the ability to provide funding and support to new church plants and their pastors through the Cooperative Program and Janie Chapman Offerings. Fayth has served in several areas of the Convention including Accounting and Operations since 2018. She volunteers in her church with children’s and youth ministry and serves on the worship team. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Appalachian State, and a Master’s in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University.
