Clint Carter serves as Regional Specialist in Leadership Develop for the Convention. In his current role, he works with NextStep groups to help pastors become better leaders. He also mentors pastors one-on-one. This role helps pastors grow their church and develops them as stronger leaders. He has served in this role since 2022. He served churches in South Carolina as associate pastor and senior pastor. He has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Roanoke College and a Master of Arts in Theology from Liberty University. He is married to Cathy, and they have two children.
