Cliff Marshall serves as the Team Leader of the Start Team, helping SCBaptists churches plant churches in South Carolina. He leads a team who works with churches to assess, train, and coach church planters. Cliff has served in church planting through SCBaptist for 10 years. Cliff has 35 years of ministry experiencing serving as church planter, student pastor, and lead pastor. He planted Freedom Fellowship and served as their founding pastor from 2004 to 2015. He holds a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts from Charleston Southern University. Cliff is married to Sherry, and they have two children.
