As the Next Generation Mobilization Director, Charlie Swain helps churches advance the Great Commission by directing the Palmetto Collective, a two-year missions and leadership training for college students, and assisting student pastors in developing their mobilization strategies. He has served with SCBaptist’s Send Team since 2022. Before coming to SCBaptist, he and his family worked overseas in North Africa. In 2009, he planted the Church at Cane Bay in Summerville, SC, and pastored for 10 years. After seminary at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, he served in student ministry for five years. He is married to Adrian, and they have four children.
