As Strong Team Assistant, Avery Burchfield assists the Strong Team Leader to operationally and administratively lead the team well. She also works specifically with the Director of Students to help with student ministry leaders events and SummerSalt. She has served in her role since 2024. She is a graduate of Columbia International University. She previously served as a student ministry intern and a campus coordinator.
