Leading Self

Leading Self provides a strategic process to guide spiritual leaders to establish or

enhance spiritual disciplines, increase self-awareness, pursue self-learning, develop

accountability/support relationships and follow healthy rhythms of life. (5 Sessions)

Leading Leaders

Healthy leadership begins with the pastor's heart and culminates in developing leaders who continue the mission long after the pastor is gone. This cohort equips you to shepherd, build trust, equip and empower other in pursuit of multiplying leaders in your context.

Ministry Topics

Shepherding Like Jesus

Using the resource by Andrew Hébert participants will consider what it means to shepherd God’s flock as men seeking to fulfill our calling in the local church. (5 Sessions)

Preaching

The goal of this cohort is to equip pastors to come to God’s Word humbly, handle it accurately, preach it personably, and obey it faithfully. (6 sessions)
