Collaborate with cohort peers to determine which recommendation(s) are best for the case study church to have a hopeful future

Learn to adapt to any disruptors that arise during your consultation with a church

Begin to draft a written report to the church leadership containing the examination data and recommendation (optional)

Review the data in your case study further

Be prepared to support your recommendation with the data from the case study

Finalize a written report to the church leadership containing the examination data and recommendation

As a cohort, prepare a formal presentation of the data and recommendation(s) to your peers for their feedback

Objectives:
- Develop a plan to guide a church and its leadership to affirm a recommendation for a hopeful future
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and begin implementation of the affirmed recommendation

- Finalize your cohort presentation in a way that utilizes every member of the cohort and demonstrates an understanding of the course content

Cohort Presentations & Next Steps
Objectives:
- Prepare a cohort presentation for your recommendation as if you were presenting to the leadership of your case study church
- Conduct a Q&A session with your peers to provide greater clarity and understanding of your recommendation.
- Receive & respond to feedback from your peers to sharpen your skills and find encouragement for next steps.
- Identify your next steps to continue & multiply your training.
Assignments:
- Finalize your cohort presentation according to your facilitator’s guidelines.
- Create a personal action plan for your next steps to engage churches, complete certification, train others, etc.
