Merrill and Mercy

Merrill and Mercy serve among a people group in Northeast Thailand. Their ministry is to rural villages where they sow the gospel and plant house church groups among rice farmers. They use personal evangelism, English as a second language, eyeglass outreach, and women’s sewing, to reach their people group. Thailand is a Buddhist nation and reaching people with the gospel is slow, but they praise the Lord for a continuous harvest of souls one by one. The Lord is planting His church!

Prayer Requests:

• Pray for Merrill and Mercy’s national partners as they invest many hours in evangelistic outreach and also work to support themselves.

• Pray for the  new believers in various rural villages who are growing in their faith. Pray that they will have courage to stand firm in the face of opposition.

• Pray that the entire IMB Nissan team will serve in the power and wisdom of the Lord.
