The South Carolina Baptist Convention has a desire to invest in the next generation of college students/young adults to help them experience the power of cooperative mission and ministry and introduce them to the Baptist ministry being accomplished across our state and world.

We have several short-term positions available in the Spring. They include:

• Collegiate Ministry Catalyst
• Creative Catalyst
• Next Gen Evangelism Catalyst
• Special Needs Ministry Catalyst
• Women’s Ministry & Neighboring Catalyst
• Worship Catalyst

Each catalyst will be assigned a mentor from the supervising team and have the opportunity to learn through a hands-on approach of “learning by doing.”  The catalysts will help to educate the South Carolina Baptist Convention staff on best practices in identifying Gen Z leaders in order to engage the next generation.
