Disaster Relief Fall Training 2023

This training will prepare volunteers to meet needs after a disaster. Classes will be offered in the basic ministry areas of Baptist DR (chainsaw mud-out, feeding, shower/laundry, etc.), and on other topics as well. An “Introduction to Disaster Relief” class is required of all new volunteers.  NOTE: due to circumstances beyond our control, the classes being offered at this training have been adjusted. Please see the NEW class list and schedule at the links below. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

Catawba Baptist Church, 1450 Anderson Rd. S, Rock Hill, SC

TIME
8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
The day of training will include three class times, a general session, and lunch.

COST

• $55 for New Volunteers
• $45 for Returning Volunteers

Late registrations (after October 4):

• $65 for New Volunteers
• $55 for Returning Volunteers

Cost includes registration fee, training materials, background check, and lunch. For new volunteers, also includes hat, lanyard, badge, and t-shirt.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
Registration fees are refundable if cancellation is received 10 days prior to the event.
Consideration for partial refunds will be given in cases of illness or a death in the family.
