Building Safer Churches
We're equipping South Carolina Baptist churches to prevent abuse, respond with wisdom and compassion, and cultivate a church culture where every person is valued as an image bearer of God and treated with dignity, respect, and care.
Immediate Danger
If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.
Report Child Abuse or Neglect
If the alleged perpetrator is the parent, guardian, or person responsible for the child's welfare, report to the Department of Social Services (DSS) or law enforcement in the county where the child resides or is found.
If the alleged perpetrator is NOT the parent, guardian, or person responsible for the child's welfare, report directly to law enforcement.
