The South Carolina Association of Church Weekday Administrators (SCACWA) elects officers each year to plan and conduct the annual Church Weekday Education workshop. The officers are elected for a one-year term, but the tradition is that each year the officers move up to the next office. Read More

Preparing to Share God's Love with "Generation Next"
The Church Weekday Education Workshop was held August 5-6, 2011 under the theme "Generation Next", based on Psalm 78:4, "We will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord." Over 550 teachers and directors from church child care centers across South Carolina attended the workshop at White Oak Conference Center. Read More
SC CWE Self-Evaluation Guide
The purpose of this self-evaluation guide is:
l. To provide self-evaluation guidelines for part-day and full-day church weekday education programs.
2. To assist a church weekday education administrator in evaluating a weekday education program as it relates to ministry in administration, personnel, curriculum, environment, health, and safety.
3. To provide the criteria for a certificate of recognition for a church weekday education program.
