This program is biblically based with biblical principles. The strengths of this Capital Funds Program:
- Results in a deeper spiritual commitment and involvement of the church members.
- Saves on long-term interest payments because it produces cash gifts.
- Discovers and develops new sources of giving.
- Discovers and develops a stronger leadership base.
- Budget receipts often increase during the three-year period of giving.
- Strengthens future financial giving.
All the people of the church are given an opportunity to commit the amount they will give over a 156 week period of time. No one is forced or pressured to give; each is simply given the opportunity. The only pressure brought to bear upon anyone is the pressure of the Holy Spirit.
