Training Format
Small group discussion
Requirements to attend: All attendees must have read "Church is a Team Sport"
The Immersion is a two day training starting Monday at 9:00 am ending Tuesday at 4:00 pm.

Includes:
· Sharing what God is doing here with you in a way that is transferable
· Experiencing Relational Environments with staff and Home Groups
· How much responsibility is given to our home group leaders and why
· How story telling is used in home groups
· Why your Church needs a “Joining the team” class/process
· Gain an Understanding for an Intentional Discipleship Process
