"SC Baptists: A Witness to the World" is the new partnership initiative that begins in 2010 and focuses on 10 Kingdom connecting points - 3 in SC, 3 in North America and 4 international connections. God has a place for you to be involved as you live out the Great Commission. What people group has God put on your heart and what gifts & passions has He given you to use for Kingdom impact? 

Mission partnership opportunities in South Carolina are as close as your local school, apartment complex or neighborhood. You don't have to leave your community to be a missionary. Prayerfully consider partnering with a local school as one of your SC mission partnerships and as part of your strategy for global people group adoption. 

South Carolina is becoming a multi-ethnic state more and more each day. You can visit any town in the state and find ethnic restaurants, international students, refugees and people speaking different languages. Prayerfully consider how you and your church can become involved in reaching internationals in SC. 

Summer Missions provides ministry opportunities across South Carolina for 6-10 weeks during the summer for high school and college students and adults. Positions for 2010 are available in campground ministry, children and youth ministry and sports ministry. 

Multihousing ministry in SC has become so much larger than we think. This event is a celebration of the past and present and to look forward to the future of what God will do through this ministry. 

The School Ministries Summit will be on Thursday, May 20 at Southside Baptist Church in Spartanburg. This training meeting is for pastors, church leaders and association leaders who have an existing partnership with a local school or who are interested in forming a School/Faith Partnership. 

The Link, a church plant in Beaufort, is seeking a youth mission team to assist with Easter block parties March 29-April 3. 

Literacy Missions is ministries that teach English to non-English speakers (EFL), help adults read and write English (ARW), and help children and youth do better in school (TCY). 

The Chaplain Ministries of the SC Baptist Convention exists to encourage, equip and enlist vocational and volunteers chaplains serving in SC. Click here for training dates and other information. 

Campers on Mission is a national fellowship of Christian campers who want to share their faith while camping or participating in missions activities. 

The North American Mission Board has resources to assist pastors and chaplains who are ministering to military personnel, police and fire personnel, prison staffers, emergency room staff and victims of trauma induced stress. 

Every inmate in a South Carolina prison received a Christmas gift this year because South Carolina Baptists provided over 24,000 prisoner packets, exceeding this year's goal.
