World Hunger Sunday

The second Sunday in October has been designated as a time to remember the ongoing crisis of starvation and hunger faced by much of the world. This emphasis is designed to educate Southern Baptists to the needs of millions in the United States and around the world who lack basic nourishment. Churches are encouraged to receive an offering, which is distributed through the Southern Baptist North American and International Mission Boards to help alleviate world hunger.

Information is available through the Missions Mobilization Group of the Evangelism and Missions Mobilization Team. Please contact Pat Brinsfield for more information on World Hunger.
