Don’t Leave Evangelism out of Lifestyle Evangelism

It sounds good to say that you will lead people to Christ simply by the way you live your life. But that may just make you a works salvation practitioner. What you’re really saying is, “If you just look at my life then you will be ‘inspired’ to want to be like me.” Do you contrast with the culture enough to inspire anyone to ask why? I have met some great people that are heading to hell just as fast as people who crash planes into buildings because they don’t have Jesus. Looks can be very deceiving. The greatest need of the day is to give people a very clear, compelling, confident but loving explanation of who Jesus is, what He did for us, why He did it, and to invite them to respond.
