Our state is drawing people from nations all around the world, and we have an incredible opportunity to reach them with the Gospel. In order to reach them, we have to be willing to do whatever it takes.

Ways to Engage People Groups are:

  • New churches need to be started to reach people who speak different languages.
  • Students coming to our colleges and universities from other countries need to know someone here cares about them.
  • Refugees that are settling in SC need help finding a place to live, finding work and getting their kids enrolled in school.
  • ESL classes or foreign language Sunday School classes are also effective ways to reach people groups.

A church can reach out to multiethnic people in simple ways that show the love of God. Are you willing to do whatever it takes to reach people in South Carolina?

If your church would like to discover what nationalities are living in your area, go to www.peoplegroups.info and click on South Carolina.

If your church currently has a ministry to internationals or you are helping to start a new church for a language group in SC, please let us know by sending your information to missmob@scbaptist.org.
