C. Timothy Fowler is the son of Harry and Ruby Fowler. He was born on August 1, 1959. Tim was married to Martha Ann Irvin on March 25, 1978. They have two grown children - Heather and Amy. Both are married and have a son, giving them two grandchildren.

Tim was saved when he was six years old, and was called to preach when he was a teenager. He preached his first sermon at the young age of seventeen. Timothy Fowler has had the joy of pastoring two churches: Stone Station Baptist Church (1983-1989), Brown’s Chapel Baptist Church (1989-2008). In addition to pastoring, he has preached over a hundred revival meetings and taken forty short-term mission trips to Romania, Russia, Hungary, Turkey, Canada, and Mexico.
