GROUP REGISTRATION:
Registration deadline for on-line registrations with a credit card is 10 a.m. on March 29, 2012.
No walk-in registrations will be accepted except by special advance permission of Eddie Pettit. Phone 803.227.6149 if you have questions.

SCHEDULED EVENTS:
Individual: Knot Tying (4 knots), Missions Speak Out, RA Racer Cars, Riflery
Individual Field: 100 Sprint, 800 Run, Baseball Throw, Football Pass, Frisbee Throw, Standing Long Jump
Team Track: 400 Relay (4 persons)
Other: Chapter Scrapbook, Mission Bowl (4 persons), Over-Under Relay (6 persons), Tug-O-War (6 persons)
REGISTRATION FOR INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM EVENTS:
* Participants will be registered for specific individual and team events upon their arrival March 31.
* Click HERE to download the Individual & Team Event Registration form.
* Complete an Individual & Team Event Registration form for each grade-level group: LADs (grades 1-3), Crusaders (grades 4-6), and Challengers (grades 7-12). Do NOT combine LADs, Crusaders, or Challengers on the same form.
* Submit completed Individual & Team Event Registration forms upon your arrival March 31. You should NOT mail this form in with your Group Registration form.
NOTE: Each participant must compete in his grade-level group in individual events, but can move up to the next grade-level group to fill out a team in team events.
SCHEDULE:
* Events schedule will be included in the registration packet you receive when you check-in Saturday morning (March 31).
* Events will BEGIN at 9:30 a.m. and end at 2:30 p.m.
* Field events will be held in and on the field area.
* Inside events include: Mission Bowl, Chapter Scrapbooks, RA Racers, Missions Speak Out, and Knot Tying.
* RA/Challenger Field Day will conclude following the Awards Ceremony.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
* Eligibility is determined by participant's current grade-level (LADs in grades 1-3 / Crusaders in grades 4-6 / Challengers in grades 7-12).
* The church leader or chaperone accompanying each group will be responsible for the eligibility of the participants in their group.
* Each participant must compete in his grade-level group in individual events, but can move up to the next grade-level group to fill out a team in team events.
SPECIAL FRIDAY NIGHT OPTION:
* All events take place on Saturday, March 31; however, RA and Challenger groups have an option of camping out (in tents) on the grounds of Connie Maxwell or "locking-in" at West Side Baptist Church, which is adjacent to Connie Maxwell.
* A pancake breakfast will be served Saturday morning for all groups that come on Friday evening.
* Please be sure to indicate on your Group Registration Form if your group will be taking advantage of this special opportunity.
