DISASTER RELIEF RESPONSE DURING FLU SEASON
What do we do about H1N1 flu virus?
Our Disaster Relief office and a Medical Team are working very closely with South Carolina DHEC to keep our churches and public informed, and aware of what to do if your community and church become victims of this flu. Churches need to plan for alternative ways to worship. Conference calls and meeting on-line are two wise options while large segments of your membership could be out sick with the flu or serving as caregivers to family members. Advance planning will be advantageous if and when your church family is affected.
FREE: We have "What Do You Do To Prevent The Flu?" posters and "Cover Your Cough" posters free to all churches and organizations. Just call our Disaster Relief office at (800) 723-7242 ext. 3400 or (803) 277-6176.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR DISASTER RELIEF DIRECTOR:
After attending the H1N1 attending Disaster Summit on 10/20/09 I want to make available some very good resources that our churches can use to be pro-active in the on-going environment of the flu.
Please be aware that we gather in churches several times each week and being pro-active can help reduce the possibility of sickness.
