How do we register for Camp?
Complete the reservation form (page 1 and 2), duplicating any additional forms you may need. Be sure to follow all the instructions for each form and make copies of each completed form for your records. Please make checks or money orders payable to Camp McCall.
Submit your completed reservation forms (with payment) online or via mail. Send mail reservations to: Camp McCall, South Carolina Baptist Convention, 190 Stoneridge Drive, Columbia, SC 29210-8254. No phone reservations will be accepted, but if you have questions feel free to call us at 1-800-723-7242 or 803-765-0030 ext. 3401.
Note: If your church has boys attending more than one week of camp, use a separate reservation cover sheet and camper reservation form(s) for each week. Also, send a separate check for each camp session (Please do not put campers who are coming to camp on separate weeks on the same reservation form and/or check).
A boy may attend camp with or without a church group. This allows boys without a church group or who cannot attend at the same time as their church group to still enjoy camp.
When can we register?
Monday, March 16 is the first day that reservations will be accepted. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Will we receive some sort of confirmation from our reservation?
Yes. After your reservation forms are received, confirmation packets will be mailed to the contact person, who is responsible for distributing the packets to individual campers. These packets will contain a confirmation of reservation, the camp date, a receipt for the reservation fees, miscellaneous camp information, and a health form for each camper. Campers need to complete and bring these health forms to camp with them. Every person attending must have a completed health form. We will also include a spare confirmation packet to be used in the case of camper additions or substitutions.
What if we need to cancel a reservation?
Unless a doctor’s excuse is provided, there are no refunds for camper cancellations. If a camper is registered for camp but unable to attend, we strongly encourage camper substitutions. Camper substitutions can be handled prior to or upon arrival at camp. Substitution campers must also have a completed health form upon their arrival at camp.
