ROYAL AMBASSADOR CONGRESS/FIELD DAY

Royal Ambassadors will celebrate 100 years in 2007-2008.  Many activities are being planned around this great event in churches around South Carolina, from the South Carolina Baptist State Convention (SCBC), and from the North American Mission Board (NAMB).

To celebrate this milestone, South Carolina Baptist State Convention will hold its "Royal Ambassadors Congress/Field Day" April 18th and 19th, 2008 at with Connie Maxwell Children's Home at 000 Connie Maxwell drive, Greenwood, South Carolina.  Along with the events of the Congress Field Day on Saturday, a South Carolina Disaster Relief C.O.P.E. Unit will be set up with a Moon Bounce, games, and fun treats to enhance their celebration of 100 years as Royal Ambassadors.

The schedule for the "Royal Ambassadors Congress/Field Day" will be as follows:

400 Meter Dash
400 Meter Relay
Baseball Throw
Chapter Scrapbook
Field Goal Kick
Football Pass
Knot Tying
Long Jump
Missions Bowl
Mission Speak-Out
RA Racers
Riflery
Tug-O-War

Cost:  $5.00 per person
Food: A pancake breakfast and a Hot Dog lunch will be provided by a South Carolina Disaster Relief Feeding Team.
Sleeping Options: Lock-in at Connie Maxwell, local churches, or camping out on the grounds.  You may also opt to return home for the night.   YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ATTEND THE FRIDAY NIGHT EVENT IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE ON SATURDAY!
