RA's in Your Church

Royal Ambassador's (RAs) is a Christ-centered, church-based, Southern Baptist mission education organization for boys in first through sixth grades.  These boys are committed to living the RA Pledge as part of their personal accountability.  (See the bottom of the page for the RA Pledge.)

What are the benefits of having RAs in YOUR church?

  • Helps fathers lead their sons to Christ
  • Instills godly virtues and character in boys
  • Now easy to launch and maintain the organization
  • Can be done any time, any place, can be done one-on-one or in small groups
  • New materials work in smaller churches
  • User-friendly-easier to understand and use
  • Can start with one boy and one leader
  • New leaders can be trained with a brief orientation to the new materials
  • RAs is part of a church's balanced ministry to boys and their families

A fun place for RAs to go on-line is KidzPlace.org.  This web-site is dedicated to helping children be on mission.  It is a fun filled web-site with games, cool links, and fun stuff to do.  Oh yes, there are leader resources there as well.

The North American Mission Board (NAMB) is now offering Royal Ambassadors the ability to put their chapters on-line.  Just link to www.royalambassadors.org.  Chapters from around the country are listing themselves and posting pictures and activities on-line.  Join in the fun and see your RA Chapter on-line TODAY!

As a Royal Ambassador I will do my best:
to become a well-informed,
responsible follower of Christ;
to have a Christlike concern for all people;
to learn how to carry the message of Christ around the world;
to work with others in sharing Christ;
and to keep myself clean and healthy in mind and body.
