The Association and Pastoral Ministries Office offers a variety of services to churches, not only for pastors, but for their families and other staff and church members. 

The office maintains a service which allows individuals seeking employment with churches to post their resumes, then makes the resumes available to churches with open staff positions.  You may access it at www.scbaptist.org/resume.

Consultants are available to assist churches in conflict management as well as ministers who are in need of emergency transitional aid in forced termination situations.

Specialists are also available for support in Transitional pastor periods as well as training for pastor search committees.
